Certificate of English Language Level C2 - Michigan

The tests for obtaining the Certificate of English Language Proficiency from Michigan State University are based on a four-part test designed to assess language proficiency in English at level C2 in all four modules (Writing Production, Understanding Spoken Word, Understanding Written Speech, Producing Spoken Word) of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

More emphasis is placed on the English colloquial language used by an educated speaker than on the specialised language used for academic purposes.
